Terms of use: DeedScout private business integrations
These terms apply to DeedScout's private Google reporting, workspace, and development integrations, including the Happy Faces LA Google Ads connection in ChatGPT. They do not establish a public subscription service or govern unrelated websites that share a similar name.
Authorized use
Use is limited to the account owner's own tasks. The owner must have permission to access the relevant Google account and resources and to make any requested changes or transfers. These private connections are not offered for public registration or third-party customer access.
Google's official MCP component provides read-only account discovery, campaign information, and reporting. A separate custom extension provides advertising-change planning, validation, and execution subject to approval of the exact change by the owner. Validation does not apply a live change. An approved change can affect advertising spend or public content and may not be reversible. Billing, payment, account-access, and conversion-import actions are excluded. Other DeedScout integrations can read and modify Workspace or Search Console resources, and some available operations can delete information. Google consent enables access; it does not replace specific task authorization or permit unrelated actions.
Report interpretation
Results reflect the account, date range, timezone, fields, and filters used in a query. Cost micros must be converted into the account currency correctly. Reported advertising performance cost is different from billing payments, credits, taxes, or account balances. Conversion attribution and other historical metrics can change after a report is generated.
ChatGPT analysis should be checked against the underlying data before a business decision is made. The connection does not promise advertising results, profitability, uninterrupted availability, or permanent authorization.
Availability and access
Each connection depends on Google authorization and the relevant application, hosting, and transport. The Happy Faces LA Ads server and its supporting processes run on the owner's laptop; that connection is unavailable while the laptop is off, asleep, or disconnected. Workflows using ChatGPT also depend on that account. Access can stop if a credential expires or is revoked, a service becomes unavailable, or access is removed. The owner can disconnect a connection. Disconnection does not itself delete saved outputs, erase conversation history, or reverse previous changes. Revoking the shared Google application can also affect other DeedScout clients.
Privacy and third-party services
The Privacy policy explains this integration's Google-data access and use. Google, OpenAI, and any hosting provider maintain their own applicable terms and account controls. Naming those services does not imply that they sponsor or endorse DeedScout.
