Privacy policy: DeedScout private business integrations
This policy describes DeedScout's private Google business reporting, workspace, and development integrations, including the Happy Faces LA Google Ads connection in ChatGPT. The app is used only by the account owner. It does not govern unrelated websites that share a similar name.
Information the connection accesses
Each integration uses the Google permissions approved for that connection. The configured categories include:
- Google identity: the authorizing account's identity and email address.
- Google Ads and Analytics: authorized account details and advertising or site-performance reporting. Ads reports can include currency, timezone, account relationships, campaigns, spend, impressions, clicks, and conversions.
- Search Console: authorized site and search-performance information, with management capabilities permitted by its scope.
- Gmail: mailbox information and messages, with modification capabilities permitted by its scope.
- Drive, Sheets, Docs, and Slides: files, document contents, spreadsheet data, and presentations, including creation and changes where authorized.
- Calendar and Tasks: events, schedules, and task information, including changes where authorized.
- Apps Script and Meet: script projects and authorized meeting spaces, including permitted creation, reading, or settings changes.
Google's official Google Ads MCP component exposes read-only discovery, metadata, and reporting tools. A separate custom extension can plan and validate advertising changes and execute an exact change after owner approval. Change plans include the proposed operations and relevant current account settings so the owner can review their effects. Billing, payment, account-access, and conversion-import actions are excluded. Other shared DeedScout integrations also have broader permissions and may expose changes or destructive operations. Actions must remain within specific owner instructions, even after Google authorization has been granted.
How information is used and shared
Information is used to carry out the owner's requested reporting, workspace, or development task, verify the intended account and resource, and support authorized private business records. A permission grant does not authorize unrelated collection or secondary use.
The Happy Faces LA Ads workflow transmits requested report results, relevant account settings, proposed changes, and validation or execution results to OpenAI's ChatGPT service to carry out the owner's task. Google processes authorization and API requests. The Ads server, private transport process, credentials, and owner-approval helper run on the owner's laptop. The public website hosts only these informational pages. Other hosting and credential-storage systems process information needed to operate their relevant integrations. The owner may save requested outputs in private records. Any additional transfer of Workspace, Search Console, or other Google data to an AI or external service must be disclosed for that workflow and authorized before it occurs.
Deployment of the ChatGPT reporting workflow requires the account's option to allow chats to improve the model to be disabled. The operator must check that setting when configuring or moving the connection. This is a required account setting, not a promise that it can never change or that it controls every aspect of the provider's processing or retention.
These private integrations are not offered as a service for selling Google account data, distributing advertising audiences, or serving personalized advertisements. New purposes or transfers require an accurate updated disclosure and appropriate authorization before they begin.
Credentials and stored records
OAuth credentials are held in protected credential storage with access limited to the integration's operation. Credential values are not included in chat replies, report exports, or public pages. The custom management extension stores change plans, approval receipts, and minimized execution records locally to enforce approval and prevent accidental replay. These records are private operational records and are not published on this website.
Requested outputs can remain in the relevant Google service, private business records, and, for workflows that use it, ChatGPT conversation history. ChatGPT retention and deletion depend on the applicable account or workspace settings and service terms. Disconnecting an integration or revoking Google authorization stops future authorized access but does not automatically erase previously saved outputs or reverse completed changes.
Access, disconnection, and deletion
The account owner can review or revoke the Google application's access through Google Account connections. DeedScout uses a shared Google authorization project: revoking its grant can invalidate authorization for its other client integrations too. The owner can separately disconnect a ChatGPT connection and manage stored conversations through ChatGPT's controls.

Google user-data commitments
Use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will follow the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its applicable Limited Use requirements. Permissions must match the disclosed functionality of each integration.
Changes and contact
