DeedScout private business integrations

DeedScout brings together private business reporting, workspace, and development integrations used only by the account owner. This site does not offer public account registration.

The configured integrations cover Google Ads reporting, Google Analytics reporting, Google Search Console, and Google Workspace services including Gmail, Drive, Calendar, Sheets, Docs, Slides, Tasks, Apps Script, and Meet. A connection accesses a service only after the relevant Google account authorizes its permissions.

The Happy Faces LA Google Ads connection uses Google's official Google Ads MCP server in ChatGPT for reporting. Those official tools retrieve account details, campaign status, spend, impressions, clicks, conversions, and reporting-field definitions and remain read-only. A separate, custom local extension supports planning and validating advertising changes and executing an exact change only after the owner approves it. The custom extension is not an official Google product. It does not provide billing, payment, account-access, or conversion-import actions.

Other authorized integrations can have broader capabilities. Workspace and Search Console permissions can allow updates as well as reading, and some available operations can delete information. An account authorization is not an instruction to carry out every available action; each action must remain within the owner's specific task instructions.

Google authorization and data use

Google's consent screen shows the permissions requested for each connection. Basic Google identity information identifies the authorizing account. The Google Ads permission is broad because Google does not offer a separate reporting-only OAuth permission. The official reporting tools remain read-only, and the custom management extension checks each exact change against separate owner approval. Other integrations use their separately authorized scope sets.

Requested Ads reports are sent to ChatGPT for the owner's review and analysis. Authorized workflows may also retain their outputs in private business records. Data must not be passed to another service for an undisclosed purpose merely because a Google connection makes it available.
